Shot a banded woodie around the lake on Thursday.. Heres the info

Age of Bird HATCHED IN 2009 OR EARLIER
Location LEEMAN, SHAWANO COUNTY, WISCONSIN, USA
Banded 08/16/2010

Today hunted same area, didnt take a shot...but saw a flock of big birds.. where to go with only a few days left!

Was out at the lake yesterday morning and saw one huge group flying north. Congrats on the band too, and post some pics if you got'em.

Shot one in tyrrell county banded in leeman wisconsin last year also. Thats a long way to go!!!

Its always duck season, there is just a long break from february to september.

Shot one last year in Rowan county that was banded in Maine 4 weeks prior to being killed here. Woodie drake.

Thanks everyone... Ive been in a hot spot... Yesterday I was able to choose the birds to shoot. Had 5 groups of woodies decoy, as the do very often in my spread...
