We got 7 one day, and zero the next. Have had a few decent goose hunts.

Hunted all 4 days october season in carolina. Shot 68 ducks, nice mix of mallards, woodies, teal. Hunted monday in virginia. Shot a limit between 2 of us. 4 pintail, 3 mallards, 4 teal, 1 woodie. Not a bad start, especially considering how miserable the weather was in carolina for october season.

Its always duck season, there is just a long break from february to september.

4 man limit of teal in the opening week, and a limit 2 man limit on woodys a couple weeks back, those where my buddy an i highlights hunt! Other than that spotty with the teal after that and shot some Woody's and some geese on a few other hunts, nothing super awesome yet. Hope for some cold push in from the north for November.

sounds like every body did decent. we ended up hunting 2 days and got a limit of woodies each day. saw good numbers of those. only other ducks i saw were 2 bw teal and a drake mallard. i agree that the hott weather wasnt the best. hopefully it will get very cold up north like we all wish for every year.
