Mattamuskeet

Postby Flightcanxledfowl » Wed Dec 11, 2013 10:39 am

I have a draw hunt to Skeet on the 7th and 8th of January. I have blinds 3 and 15. Anybody hunted these blinds? (I heard blind 3 is a hike) What should I expect? I know that it is all weather dependent and all blinds are facing the north so you would have to have the right wind. First year getting the draw so any tips on how to hunt it would be appreciated.

I've hunted them both. If you have an empty slot I'll be happy to go with you and fill you in on the details.

Stick with both of them. 3 is a long walk but its a good blind. You can change in the am if you want but i would just stay with what you got.

Its always duck season, there is just a long break from february to september.

I have a large decoy cart that makes the long walk to three a breeze, plenty of dekes to pull the birds and if you got a swan permit I'll bring the swan dekes cause you can fill it there :grooving: Where should I meet you?
