Oregon Inlet hunters?

Postby mayhem96 » Wed Dec 25, 2013 8:13 pm

For those that have been hunting there (around or close to the Fishing Center), how have you done? The past couple days were tough for us. Monday was VERY slow with the warm temperatures but yesterday the cooler weather had some birds moving around and there was some shooting but the big volleys seemed to be coming from the shore blinds rather than the open water blinds. For those that have been hunting there, what are ya'll seeing shooting? For us, it seems to be more Buffleheads than anything but there are some Pintails, Wigeon, Scaup, and Redheads around.

Nothing there but crabs. Seeing lots of Mallards over towards Caswell county.
