edit: nevermind, we're just gonna grill-out where we're staying. Appreciate the suggestions!

Hi yall. Staying in Aurora Friday night for a Campbell's Creek hunt on Saturday.

Anywhere yall suggest to eat dinner? I see a couple places come up on google but couldn't find anything about them:

Blounts Creek Grill
Wayside
Lyle & Shirley's

Would like somewhere not too expensive where we can get a good hot meal and drink a couple cold beers. Guess we could drive to Washington if need be. Thanks!

Wayside is good. Never had dinner there as Aurora is close enough I don't spend the night and have only eaten there when coming off the water. Don't know if they have beer or not but again the food is good.

The gas station at the four way stop in Aurora has great cheese biscuits and chicken fingers. I hope you have an impoundment hunt for Saturday...I was driving to Hobucken Friday night and there were 4 boats and a car parked at the ramp by 10:00pm. The Raleigh navy was tearing up the coots at CC Saturday.

Be careful of where you park your truck. I heard the meth heads were back in action, breaking into trucks at the Aurora boat ramp.

Drive over to Bayboro and eat at mayos seafood- nice little drive, but food is great.
