Hello a group of friends and myself will be returning to North Dakota the first week of November 2012.What I was wondering was do any of you think it would be worth it to try and rig up for snow geese. This past season we hunted in the southeastern part of the state on the last week of October and had a great trip but we didn't see a lot of snow geese. We killed 3 snows one hunt over canada decoys but we only saw maybe a thousand the whole week. This season we will be further north(about 75 miles) and a week later and we have a few hundred windsocks and a half dozen or so sillosock fliers a our disposal. So do any of you think its worth bringing that small rig out there in case we run into some?By the way your state kicks ass

Yes and yes - early November is usually good for snows. A week later is even better though.
