Is it good for divers or puddlers and is it probly the best spot in that area

Both,depending on where you hunt. There is some public area available.Drive over and check it out. Excellent boat launch available. Open water diver hunting can be very good but the bay can get rough. Not for small boats or the faint of heart. Check with the DNR. Remember Cullen Park as a place to start.
