I was thinking of hunting for teal and goose during Migratory Game Bird Hunting Season. I'm in Licking county. Has anyone had any luck at Dillon Wilderness Area. I was thinking of going just off NR7 by the boat ramp where the licking river dumps into the main lake. If not, any other suggestions?

Spend some time out there, looking around and scouting for the areas the birds are using. Shouldn't take but a couple mornings to find out where they are, if they are there at all.
A year from now, you'll wish you had started today.

I'm from the area and all we do there is fish. Fishing still isn't the best there but it's better then the bird count. We watch every year but have never seen enough birds to take the time to unload the boat. Muskingum and Ohio river is pretty much all we hunt and have good success.
