Lots and lots of pheasant/ woodcock hunting. I just can't seem to keep my rear end at home during bird season!

We got two this past Saturday at Fallsville, but I am willing to bet that this weather has pushed them out.

Thats what I figured. But I will be home from school for Thanksgiving and wanted to try and get one. Guess I will focus on other things then, and wait for duck season to open back up.

I've been nursing a sick family. The 5 year old had it first, then me for about 3-4 days, now wifey's got two ear infections and the 2 year old is starting to act sick. It's hell...

I saw about 100 geese flying this morning as I drove up 68 towards Urbana. That was nice!

Hi everyone, well im new here, but wanted to let you all know, we were hunting today up north by the mahoning river, MALLARDS, BLAKES, TEAL and yes even woodies, four of us got a limit, the the fun really got going, honkers and i mean hundreds @ a time, it was a white out , the geese would dissapear and then bam in the spread. So south zone guys rest a sure the ducks are pilling in. Roy

I did some shopping. Picked up some GHG goose decoys on sale at Cabela's and also a FA SUB layout blind on sale. Can't wait for Dec. 6th!! We have been seeing lots of honkers here in Harrison county. Seen lots of mallards at the lakes recently also.
