So how is everyones lakes looking? Copan is looking great if only it will hold this water till season it might turn out a fair season.

copan is up high and there is water every where we need some dry weather to dry it up so you dont have to hunt the wetland mangment area out of a boat. Alot of he ponds and mud flatts that where dry lat year have water in them now.

Yea I am going to go scouting today and see what its like. I live in Bville so its not too far.

i went out running my dogs and the lake is over the leves.I think unless we get a real dry spell were gonna have a good duck year.if you want to go scout together somtime write me i check this nightly.

as much as possible ive been out there pretty regular training my dogs i also hunt the lake in a few spots. Im planning on taking my dogs out thursday morning if your interested.

Hmmm I might be interested I will see when i work tommaro. I just lost my last hunting partner and am looking for some new people to hunt with this season. Maybe we could get together.

ill probably go early about 7 or 8 its not to hot and easier on the dogs and me write back if you wanna go and ill figure out where we can meet.Ill be going out again on saturday also. i try to get as much training in with my dogs as possible plus i just like to explore.

im done for tonight im gonna go outi n the morning about seven if you want to meet me at the post office or the first wetland mangment area.if your interested you might tell me what your driving so ill no what to look for if you look for me ill have a yellow and 1 or 2 black labs with me.

Well sorry I had to work and thursday i work at 6 am saturday I could probably manage to go if you wanna meet Ill have to check my schedule, I work at sears so my hours vary.

sounds like a plan i try to run my dogs as much as possible. I read some of your other posts your running out duck hunting partners and im trying to find a couiple. I love to duck hunt im just counting down the days till early teal season.you do much rabbit or squirel hunting. well i hope we can meet im trying to get at least one person to get out and hunt with me this year.

Well I am sure I would be available for some hunting this season. I just bought a mojo, I have about 6 dozen mojo's but I would love to get out and meet some new hunting partners.

ive got about 18 to 20 dekes and air lucky plan on buying a mojo duck and a couple of propelers for my dekes.got my dog pretty well trained so hopefully no more wading for ducks this year. Ineed toget a moter for my flat bottom so i can hunt cotton creek a little this year.ive been trying o find an access point for the little caney theres lots of mallards on it. sorry if come of pushy im just not a person to wait till the last minute for any thing if i can help it.

I am the same way, I seem to buy all my hunting stuff in the summer plus you can find some killer deals like I just got a new wading jacket for 40 bucks its sweet. If you need some decoys I could probably make you a deal. Or if you know someone looking for an O/U I have one for sale.

how much do you want for the o/u ive been looking for 12 guage. might be interest in some more dekes if the price was right. so hows it looking for saturday id like to meet and see if we get along and how good you can shoot. Ive been shooting at starlings and sparrows and my shooting sucks so far need to get some skeet and start busting a few.damn lake and mersh are still realy high went to couple spots yesterday water was every where,Heard some ducks at the marsh but couldnt locate them.

I want 300 for the O/U and the decoys would just vary. I shoot pretty good what time saturday are you wanting to meet up?? Shoot sparrows and starlings isnt good haha you might get in trouble for that haha.

well i checked up on th e starlings and sparrows and its legal . i got a brand new box a skeet if you want to bust a few what time is good for you ive got all day but i prefer early morning its not as hot.id like to look at that o/u. write back as soon as you can and well go from there.
