I used a foxpro with one of my buddies last weekend. It wasn't very good in my opinion, he is sending it back. It had a volume problem. We went back and got the hunters specialties....

I have the spitfire I think, love it. Not to fancy but it gets the job done.

But, i use it more for calling coons and crows. Loaded it up with crow sound files, a few coon calling files, and 2-5 wild hog files.

Awesome guys. Thanks for the input. Does foxpro charge for additional sounds or are they free?

I have a wildfire and 2 different older model Johnny Stewart callers. I only use the fox pro now, never had any problems out of mine.

There should be a law that says you cannot purchase an e caller until you have actually hand called one in and killed it.

Agreed. I've used a wooden olt since I can remember. Done fine. Just kicking around the idea. How does the sound carry on windy days? The ones that aren't the jukebox 600 dollar ones.

My old double reed makes a killer rabbit distress.

At one of my ponds a few years back, I called a coyote to 15 steps with it, they don't enjoy #2's to the face.

Talk to my brother. He made one out of a megaphone, amp, and iphone. Downloaded an app and plugs his iphone in to the amp some how. It's real loud. Works great.
