Took my 4 year old out on his first hunt of 2012.
There are 2 types of public land hunters...
1. Those who hear the shots and hunt there next time...
2. And those who are the shots...

Nice! Excellent movie!

My boy just traded up this season from hip waders to chest waders, and loves to be in the blind (so long as the snickers don't run out). Can't wait until he can properly shoulder his own shotgun. For now, when things get slow I give him permission to plink at the decoys with his bb gun.

With kids there are so many things that they grow up and grow out of - but hunting is something I know I'll share with my son (and hopefully my daughter) for the rest of my life.

Happy hunting!

Very cool. I take both of my boys out and my daughter makes it out when the weather isn't to bad.
