Postby gunner1973 » Tue Oct 15, 2013 10:09 am

im going to hit the willy this weekend ,and try for some ducks , the question i have is ,my boat is an 18' chrome bright jet , i have drab cover for it but it is impossible to cover all of the shine , painting it is not an option will it bother the ducks much or should i plan on parking it down or upriver from where im going to hunt?

Maybe a bit late, but you should definitely cover up anything shiny. Shiny = worse than bright orange.
Nobody cares about your season totals. Especially if you pay to hunt private.

There are very few spots, including islands, on the river near Eugene that are public land

awesome thank you , i did talk to state police but ,i didnt get a good vibe off there direction, i like more concrete statements other than '' ya you can hunt down to the big island , only on the left side ,past the big tree '' lol
