Was the saiga a prop for the picture. I know that box mag holds more than 3 or at least the one pictured. Funny stuff right there. You probably won't see to many of those in the field these days. A $100 shotgun that now costs over $800 or well over $1,200 if tricked out.
Cut Um!
Real ducks don't have a competition sequence they follow! Hint, hint!

Haven't put in much time yet this season, 2 hunts and 2 limits of honkers including my first and second bands from a pair I dropped, banded in Astoria in 2005.

yes it was. I took my friend who's never been. it's all he had and wanted to use it. crazy i know. we put the choke on improved modified and he actually did okay. i secured a dowel rod plug in the mag so he could only load two.

My name is Josh Paradiso from Central NY. I just recently moved to Beaverton, OR and decided i would join this forum so i could potentially meet new hunters on the west coast. Like i said, im new, so i have no hunting partners, no spots, no information on whats good and whats not, as far as areas. Im looking for a helping hand to show me the ropes. Hunting partner would be great, but i would settle for any information in general. Im a pro-staff member for an outfitter back east, and am no dummy to the sport of duck hunting. On average back home we harvest anywhere from 300-400 ducks in the fall. I admire the different species of puddle ducks you guys have here, and how common it is to see them, mostly the pintail. Numbers isnt a huge concern for me, it never has been. Im looking for a guy or guys to show me a good time here in Oregon, because i will be settling here for good. Below i have attached some pictures of previous success ive had. I do mostly field hunting in NY. Anywhere from flooded corn, to soybean fields. I stumbled upon the Tualatin Wildlife Area not to long ago and was super impressed by the amount of different species i saw. Its incredible to me mostly because 90 percent of the ducks i shoot in NY are mallards, although we have great success with the divers when the weather cooperates. Yall know how that is! I posted this on the pic section because i figured it would be the most popular....who doesnt like pictures of dead ducks?? My email is jparadis@corning-cc.edu if any of you want to reach out and be a helping hand!
