Rigging decoys blinding boats, and getting lost in Easton but I am sure the chatter will start after tuesday for us south zoners. I am guessing all those Erie guys are letting them have it for awhile.

The guys in the blind boats were pounding the ducks yesterday. It was sick. All of us in the shore blinds just sat there and watched. It is still too nice here 60 deg and sunny was keeping the birds high. We have ducks, I just need to figure out how to get them close. I want one of them ruddys that just sit in the middle of the bay.

haven't had much luck in the shore blinds at PI but they sure are killing them out in the middle with the layouts. Id like to try that some day. So far down there 1 mature drake mallard and a bluebill. Ive seen better times down there.

jlb I hit Lampy marina (by the coke plant) today thinking that west wind would drive the ducks into that cove there where the water was calm...nothing but 1000's of seagulls. Lots of goose poop...no geese. Heard some shooting on the bay. Like we both said...at PI you need a boat to slam them.
