A great state with a number of waterfowl. This Pennsylvania duck hunting forum is a great place to discuss hunting practices from all over the state.

Can anyone explain to me why Teal's and other species of ducks we have in Pa. are not listed in our regulations? I've always heard their legal to shoot but was never really sure.

They are considered any other duck so your entire bag may consist of them. If your bag limit is six you could fill your bag with six teal and nothing else. Or you could have two mallards two teal and two woodies. Or any other combonation just dont exceed the limit on birds are marked such as 4 mallards, 2 woodies and so on.
