The high water doesnt effect me as much as it did when I was hunting the delaware. I would much rather see some REALLY cold temps though

I am glad my blind floats !!!! I saw alot of stuff floating the last two days including large appliances and downed trees stuff like that takes blinds out quickly.

River

Postby h2ofowler84 » Sun Dec 04, 2005 9:38 am

The river coming down nicely and this week should be great with all the weather that is coming our way. I can now concentrate on ducks & geese again since we filled 3 of our 8 deer tags. My wife shot a nice 7 point and a doe. My daughter shot her first deer all by herself too bad we could have stuffed it in a game bag to carry it out. All in all this years deer season was good on our private land. Between 9 people we shot a 10 pointer, 8 point, two 7 pointers, and a 4 pointer. Also took 5 doe.
