A hunting buddy of mine was on the way home from Cabelas today and stopped at Middle Creek. Walked down to the lake with his daughters and said all the snow geese were gone. We drew a blind down there on Tuesday and there were 150,000 snows on the lake. The Tundra Swans were still there in huge numbers and wouldnt you know it, the field we hunted over on Tuesday was filled with 500 Canada geese.
We saw another flock of snows on the river up here today, that makes the third flock of snows that I have seen up here this year. Hopefully they will keep coming this far West so we can set up for them in the fields.
