My guess would be that a farm duck dropped a few eggs in a mallard nest when the hen got up to stretch her wings.

Kill all them white bib mother
. They taste pretty good and they will only ruin your duck hunting.

Let them go you can shoot them I season and they don't count tad your mallard limit do they? Either way a duck is a duck and I'll bet they decoy
