sunday was a good day on narragansett bay. three of us in the boat managed to take six brant one goldeneye two buffel head two mallards and a hooded merganser. the bluebills were working the other side of the bay. by the time we picked up there were a few thousand rafted up across from us. they won't have it so easy this weekend, i'll be set up in there bedroom saturday. good hunting bob

I want to get out there myself for some of the buggers!

the brant are in thick in the bay capt. brian. you'll have no problem getting limits. they are coming to the decoys like there on a string. bob

Being new to duck hunting, I was wondering if sea ducks good for the table? I thought they were more on the gamey side and a bit more of an aquired taste, unless they are prepared properly. Would like to hear your thoughts or recommendations for preparation.
