Got me one woodie this morning on the river just before work. Nothing starts the day better than a successful little hunt before work. Seems like there is lots of wood ducks flying.

sucked. Saw one group of woodies fly over near us. The least shooting I have ever heard on opening day where we were. Not going to give up I think the birds are confused since we are right here next to georgia who started over a week ago. :pissed:

went saturday, 11/26, busted 11 teals, and a megenezer(merganzer)... brought home 8 teal, one landed in marsh, 2 others dove on us. (megenezer kinda fell out the boat on purpose on the ride back to the landing)
