Anyone hunted the edisto island, edisto river, etc. I know the Ace Basin is full of ducks usually but just wondering, not trying to steal spots or anything

i haven't hunted there yet plan to in the future but my family goes there every year for vacation and the first few years we went we went early in may and the marshes would be loaded with ducks but i haven't been during season yet. i know some guys who get into some on the edisto river so you might want to do some scouting and you might just find some.
You know your hunting in South Carolina when a bunch of ducks fly in and you shot both of them!!

I'm not sure about that call the DNR office and they can tell you. just make sure you check with the man first because they are real serious when it comes to waterfowl as they should be because there are alot of jacka$$es out there. i know the rule in the upstate is you have to be 300 yards away from any houses because we hunted on an island about 400 yards off shore on murray and got called on all the time but they couldn't do anything but rules and regs are very different down that way so call DNR.
