When shooting fish I have found a recurve is easier than a compound. Pull tight and let go none of this pullling all the way back and setting in to tiresome on the arms when you shoot as many fish as we do.

thats a baby.. we use to shoot 30lb carp all the time, I had a pile of them in highschool. Bowfishing is so fun. Thats a nice rig ya got with the recurve. I shoot a compound and its a pita.

We have shot plenty of big ones believe me...the smaller ones are much harder to hit, sometimes we go after the shad when they are running and that is really tough, that is my recurve its a martin hatfield takedown, I killed a doe with it last year, that was my first deer with a bow....so much lighter to hold all night when stick fishing

i was just giving you a hard time, small ones are hard to hit. We used to flyfish for carp, then when they woudlnt take the fly we would stickem... lol
