Does anyone have any good ideas on home made duck blinds for Jon boats?

Made one for 1436 last season..held up great! 4 sticks of 1/2 emt and some Bimini top brackets and a emt bender and 2 compression fittings....made it like a scissors blind...mount the hinges on the boat use a tape measure and bend your conduit.. Start on the front on one side and the back on the other..the bends and pipes will even out but the join where I used the compression fitting are off set the help with weight distribution ..I used PVC Ts fittings and slide them over the emt so that they move freely so the I could mount 2 uprights in the middle of the boat....most people use pins and push them through the main legs to hold it up..I found that with a chain and eye bolts with one of em opened up I didn't have to struggle lining up holes and making the pin go in in the dark and cold I just hooked it over the opened eye bolt... Took me 10 mins after season to take it down and tied it to roof of barn...took me 20 mins today to remount it and turn my fishing boat back into a duck boat...best thing I ever did....total investment around 75$ not including the camo....

I made the same one as woodiewacker, best blind you can make in my opinion. Take your time and measure everything right and its just as good as anything you can buy from the store.
