This forum is for those who enjoy South Dakota duck hunting. And from spring Snow goose hunting and the Pheasant hunting in the #1 Pheasant state in the US.
Well last weekend was a bust for the trip to Pierre for some goose so we are planning on going this weekend. Anyone over there want to fill me in on the current weather, not what the news is saying but the actual "It is like this here" report? I know South Dakota weather changes on a dime, but it would be good to know what it is looking like today.
Also, lot of birds left or did the last couple weeks bad weather push em out?

Well the weather around Brookings has been in the mid 30s the last few days. And there aren't any ducks or geese around here. They have been gone since Thanksgiving. I've heard that all the geese also over shot Pierre. I don't know if this helps or not.
