Place to stay near Webster

Postby beretta24 » Tue Jan 01, 2013 8:31 pm

Hey folks,

I am looking to have a bachelor party in SD and am looking for recommendations for a place to stay near Webster. We are heading out there late April for some fishing. Any recommendation? Thanks!

Call doug at sportsmans cove in webster. He has lodging, otherwise there are 3 or 4 hotels in webster too. If the ice comes off late in that area I would go to the river instead though.

Thanks! Ended up booking through a contact of theirs. That was the second recommendation I got for them.

Doug runs a good operation. He put us "on the spot" when we rented an ice house from him. Frsh bait, and battery each morning, and showed us on the lake map right where to go with the portables and we had some of the best perch and crappie fishing a guy could hope for even by NE SD standards!

We fished 10 lakes in 4 days. They all are good up there if you are set up to run n gun.
