CCAA Reelfoot Lake Working (Hunting) Call Contest
Saturday, October 13th, 2007 in Samburg, TN
Sponsored by the Callmakers & Collectors Association of America (CCAA)
CCAA Mission: The CCAA is dedicated to promoting interest in and knowledge of the history of callmaking in America and to create a fellowship between all those who are involved in making and/or collecting game calls.

Event Date and Time: Saturday, October 13th, 2007 with first contest beginning at 9AM

Registration Time: 7:00 AM to 9 AM the day of the event.

Place: On the Main Street / Waterfront of Samburg, Tennessee (Please note that the entire festival and calling events have moved from Kirby Pocket to the waterfront in Samburg)

Entry Fee: $10 per call and each callmaker must fill out and sign a call entry form.

Prizes: 1st and 2nd place in each division will be awarded a ribbon. Best of Show will be awarded a plaque. In addition to ribbons and plaque, the winning calls and callmaker will be featured on the CCAA web site and in the CCAA newsletter.

Divisions:

A - Metal Reed Calls

B - All natural wood plastic reed calls. The barrel, stopper & tone board, must all be constructed out of natural wood (stabilized wood is not a natural wood)

C - Acrylic or Acrylic injected stabilized wood calls

Also $2000 guarenteed for first place in the Grand American calling contest and $1500 for first in the Grand American Metal-reed.
Can't kill em on the couch.
