I am getting the boat ready to go up. I go during the week when I have the lake to myself.

We caught some nice crappie had several 1.5 pounders. A local said they where on their beds then the cold snap last Monday pushed them back deep. We tore them up once we found the right color lure. Fishing was decent Thursday and then we woke up Friday went to breakfast and thought great day nice and warm. Hit the lake and then out there for about 2 hours then a storm rolled though and they had a tornado spotted at in Obian county north end of the lake.We decided to Pack up and get out of there. We are thinking about going to Mark Twain in about 2 weeks to try our luck if the weather does not straighten up to plant.
