We limited out and saw over 100 birds, redheads, teal, mergansers, buffleheads, gadwalls, ringnecks and several canvasbacks. It was 24 degrees and not one once of wind until around 10:00 am. The ducks wouldn't decoy, so we abandoned our decoys and moved about 60 yds away and had fun!

I'm curious to know where y'all were hunting. I am really anxious to get me a bufflehead, cinnamon teal, and a hodded merganzer.

Private property on the north end of Eagle Mountain Lake, just about 3-4 mile northwest of the tip of the lake. Them kind of days were few and real far between this year.
