I searched to see what is common amoungst Duck hunters so lets do this to cover everyone.

Shell types
Shot type
Optional/Preferences: Chokes, boats, pop ups, call types?

Geese(I dont hunt geese much)
Shell types
Shot type
Optional/Preferences: Chokes, boats, pop ups, call types?

Here I go
Remington 870, 20 gauge, 3 inch shells 4 or 2 shots, medium choke.
have an old Olt my dad didnt like, I took it on as its raspy as heck for me........mainly just use it for come backs and quacks, then the duck commander drake call.
Decoys..........mismatch of decoys from the past 20 years......maybe these need updating like my calls.

One gun to rule all guns:

Benelli SBEII - Comp'n Choke I-Mod - Heavi-Metal 3" # 3's for duck and geese. Ground Force Lay-outs.

Zink and Banded calls for mallard - Buck Gardner 4:1 whistler for sprigs and wigeon - Haydel Gadwall - Duck Commander Teal.

Coffee, whiskey, Copenhagen Straight, GHG Pro-Grades if possible and scattered Final Approach and G&H mixed in ...

Oh, and actually ... I still use my ole man's '60-something issue Olt's for divers ... that thing is UN-real ... !

I got same gun as you had some questions about choke. I patterned my bps with full .710(.030) constriction with hevi mental #3 was getting 78% shot on 4' by 4' paper but majority the pellets in 36" circle at 40yards. Im looking into buying grand passage IM(.025) or M(.020) for wider pattern...Have you patterned the grand passage IM or M at 40yards/30yards/20yards w/ hevi metal?
