Postby duckhuntguy409 » Tue Dec 18, 2012 8:05 am

Anybody know what the ducks are doing around the Sealy tx and river area? Is Anybody killing getting their limit or at least hunting the area? Ill be hunting that area this wknd 12/22 and was hoping for some info. Even if its not any good, dove season reopens and it is thpick with doves at this moment. I'll be folding some kind of bird up this wknd.

Was out in that area yesterday, not a single dove, goose or duck around from what I saw. The farmers are flooding their fields though...we need another couple of big pushes of cold weather. I feel sure that there are some birds loafing around, but not where I was.

You will get some coming off the river...now around Fulshear was a different story. There always seems to be birds South of Sealy, by the Wal-Mart Distribution facility.
