I'm needing help. Can u hunt after daybreak or is it a must to be setup before sunrise

You can setup after day break... Especially when hunting mallards in freezing temps!! Birds get up late when it cold cold out...

Are you asking hunters ethics or legality? There are no rules that I know of stating you can't set up after day break. If you are hunting public might lose your spot setting up late or tick a few hunters off by putting around in front of them blocking shots. Other than that your good to go. Good luck
