Moving to Arlington

Postby whistlin_wings » Sat Feb 02, 2013 3:32 pm

Well got a new job and start in 2 weeks. Anyone here in that area? Looking for houses but know arlington isn't the best place to live so any areas recommended to look at? I'll be working less than a mile from the stadiums
You may all go to hell, and I will go to Texas.

Born and raised there, but it's been a while. South Arlington is a fine place to live, so is North Arlington, North will be closer to the stadiums. I grew up in Dalworthington Gardens.

I live about 20 minutes from there and grew up in this area, there are a lot of nice places within 20-30 minutes of there but there is also the hood or hood(s) so you have to watch out.

We live out by Joe Pool Lake, it's close to city, yet 10 minutes from some of my huntin spots, and the lake is close, so it's nice.

I think you have my number, if not, shoot me a PM and i'd be happy to answer any questions for ya bud.

Thanks for the help guys and the PMs. Ended up not taking the job and sticking in central Texas.

I'd try Mansfield or Grand Prairie.
