anyone have any ideas on spots... theres a lot in the maps..... what would yal say is the cloest spot to houston im kinda dumb i know hah but o well i get by i was jus curious if anyone has hunted the closer ones to houston...

The WMA near Tivoli is the closest one I can think of off the top of my head.

Yea, hunted there plenty of times. Stock tanks are great if you got a dog, otherwise, walk the path to the backside to the tree-line where it meets the bay and pass shoot as they go to the tanks. Lots of geese in the area also.
