Guess what

Went out and scouted around this afternoon.....and they are here boys, and they are here in force! Saw several THOUSAND birds over a 2-3 hour period of sitting in one spot. An air boat ran past me and the sky literally turned black with teal and mottled ducks. Its going to be a damn good year!

Send a hundred or so of those thousands down this way to corpus! Taking the boat out Thursday to scout around a little bit.

Idk if the tide will be here by this weeked or not, but if it is then look hard because those teal can be anywhere! Where theres dry ground this weekend might be completly underwater next weekend!.....but normally within 3-4 days of opening teal season we have a REALLY high tide. The water should be about a foot higher than normal by opening day.
