Where will you be on the opener?

Texas is a big state with plenty of places to hunt, what region will you be smackin teal? I will be in the upper coast region myself. I'm sure the options are vague enough to not give away your honey hole!

Here in central Texas I have yet to see one, but the temp is getting back to normal this week and it's sort of starting to think about feeling like fall so I'm hoping they start to show up here over the next few days.

I couldn't vote for bed. Never any teal here during the early season for me.

Still have haven't seen any down here in the corpus area, but you can bet I will be out there in that salty marsh even if it is just to watch the sunrise.

I joined Coastal Prairie this year so I would love to say I'll be out hunting with them but the sad reality is for the first 7 days of the season I am stuck working in WI and IN...

Wish everyone luck back home. Hope y'all put the hurt on 'em!

I'll be in bed when y'all fire those first shots, but I will be out hunting them in NTX later in the week. Hopefully the front will bring some birds with it.

Man I'm the only one hunting the upper coast, took a drive today and literally watched thousand's of teal work over the coastal prairie. If we ain't got limits tommorrow we ain't doing something right. Good luck fellas!

I'll be in the rice fields in china. We have been seeing a few teal but its nothing like we saw this time last year. We went dove hunting the Monday after opener and we about a hundred teal. And then last Saturday we was building a blind we saw about 50-70 get up off of a pond not to far away.
