If bait is present have to wait 30 days until it's gone. Seems like a stupid way to get busted. Just find where the birds land, and hunt there.

It wouldn't be fair for me to tell you all the tricks to duck hunting...that would be like me hiring a new guy, and paying him the same wages as the manager that's been employed by me for 20 years.
