not to many places as far as a lease is concerned. most of the land owners in lampasas dont want you there to begin with.
Dont want to tell you where we hunt, but you can definitely find an area if you do your own scouting. I hate to say it, but internet scouting wont do it. :beer:

use google maps and talk to land owners check out the corps of engineers website also

Agreed, thats how we found our current area. We used google maps, drove down and found access to it, and spoke to the land owner. The only thing he asked for in return is when we cook up a dish, he wanted a bowl of what we made!
