Millet??? The Law???

Postby wesdes » Fri Apr 18, 2014 1:01 pm

Can you hunt over Millet on the year it is planted?

I always thought you couldn't hunt millet at all, then I looked up the laws and figured you could just one year after it was planted and only if it reoccurs on its own, then I just read the law again and not I think you can plant and hunt Millet on the first year just can touch it till the second year.

Any opinions?

Any Game Wardens on here?

This is gonna be another back and forth between members bud. If I were u I would just ask the wardens in all the counties u hunt. They can explain it pretty well and they will be the ones writing the tickets. Just my opinion. U can get their numbers from Tpwd

You can hunt over ANY crop the first year it is planted. You can NOT manipulate it and hunt over it.
