Has anyone ever tried the Gene Howe WMA? Does anyone know anything about the area? A buddy and I are trying to plan a trip somewhere we hadn't hunted. Thought we'd try the Panhandle.

Don't know the area, but if it were me, I'd go during the week and have a back-up plan.........in general, from what I've heard, it can be real hit/miss up that way.
