Thoughts on the cold

Postby Flies_it_dies » Fri Jan 04, 2013 7:29 pm

My brother, dad and i are thinking of going rabbit hunting tomorrow. We have a spot that usually produces a lot of rabbits. But with the cold we are not sure if they will even be out and moving. The temp for the area we are hunting tomorrow is suppused to be in the teens all the way down to single digits. Has any had any success in temperatures this cold? And in your experience will rabbits even move? Any thoughts you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

If the sun is out they will be out sun bathing as close to their burrow as possible!!!!some of my best rabbit hunts were when it was bitter cold... Good luck
