Use the rubberized decoy line, a weight and one of these on each decoy http://www.mackspw.com/Item--i-AVE80124

When you're done, just zip the weight up to the decoy and throw it into your deek bag. This will make your life a lot easier.

Texas rig is the way to go, no tangles and no wrapping. I've been running them for 2 years now and I can pick up 4 dozen decoys solo in about 10 minutes. Don't buy the stuff from a decoy company, these guys here are the best value by far: http://www.snlcorp.com/snl/other/duckdecoykit.aspx
200 pieces of line, crimps, and a tool for $60, can't beat that!
