Biggest love is family, then archery and waterfowl are tied for second!!
Anyone looking to get together for some good huntin times, send me a message!

Name is cody. I'm 28, been waterfowl hunting since my dad took me when I was 10 years old. I mostly shagged the decoys and the ducks for those first two years until I was old enough to hunt. My first gun was a new england arms single shot 12 guage, makes sense now why my dad only wanted me to have 1 shot, he was buying the shells, haha.
Im married, have a little boy on the way, and am a school teacher. My wife likes to come with me hunting, however she will not hunt, only watch. I have a chesapeake, name is cooper, wonderful duck dog, best cold weather dog there is. I usually hike out away from everyone to get out to the birds, but now I have a 14' Jon boat w/blind, I may not need to wade thru all that mud.
Where are some good duck spots you guys have found in northern utah? I usually hunt harold crane, public grounds in corrinne, and also ogden bay north run. I hear that Cutler in cache valley is good hunting for honkers. is that true?

Hello I am Alan.

I am 17 (18 in November)

I grew up in Smithfield but I have been living in New Mexico for the last 2 years because of my dad’s work. We are moving back to Utah at the end of the school year. At that point I am hoping to move to Ephraim to go to snow, if not there then back up to the cache to go to Utah State.

Hey everyone!

The name is Chris. I am 29 yr.
I am a student at Utah Valley University majoring in Healthcare Information Systems.
I have a standard poodle that I am working with to retrieve birds.
My brother and I just started hunting this year. I have tagged along a few times but now nothing serious.
My first kill was a common merganser a week ago.

I am looking for some hunting buddies to show me the ropes and maybe some good ideas on where to go.

Thanks every one

Cheers!

I'm Brett. mid-30's, divorced with 3 kids. Big game hunted my whole life and upland game hunted the last few years. I've never Duck Hunted and would love to get into it. Any wisdom you'd like to pass on to me, willing to teach this style, or if looking for a hunting buddy hit me up. I also fly-fish, golf and ski.

My name is Ashton. I currently live in Texas, but will be living in Utah starting next June. Hunting is pretty easy here in Texas, but I look forward to learning a new system. I'm trying to learn now what areas are huntable, so that I have a fairly good network of spots. Hopefully I'll be able to meet up with some of yall in the future, maybe even shoot a few birds.

Josh
28 y/o married with one kid and one on the way.
Live in Nibley (south of Logan)
I have not taken a shot at a duck in my LIFE. I am looking to start duck hunting this year. I'm equipped with a pump 12 gauge and a pair of chest waders.

I've got a bro-in-law that is basically equipped the same as me (both in equipment and experience) living in Brigham City who will be my hunting buddy for the foreseeable future.

Any suggestions on when, where, what, etc. would be SUPER appreciated.

Thanks!
