Got 4 Mallards on Monday, my Black Lab, Stella retrieved them all and she has never had any formal retriever training, she is a 5 yr old we adopted May 08.......maybe she read the book and watched the videos somewhere before we got her.....Awesome Dog!!!

Great work from a rescue dog! And I've got a highly trained animal whose head was on a swivel on opening day and couln't find a rubber duck in a bath tub. Wishing you many years of hunting together.
