Congrats!

On my 15 mile drive to work yesterday I saw three different groups setting up in three different fields :clapping:

Wanted to be out there!

Any other reports?

We had one of our best goose openers ever, but unfortunately only two of us could make it. Filled-out on canadas, woodies & mallards by 7:25am w/600+ more canadas trying to land on us while picking-up up the decoys. We're thinking that some migrators are temporarily hanging out w/the resident birds, because the Tuesday morning flight was just a spectacle to behold! I may try to add pictures later. Wish every hunt could be like this ;-0

Great Day,

I only saw two flocks and they were both about a mile away!!!! Did get to shoot at a coyote that came hauling butt across the field !!!! Just gave him a little incentive to run a little faster!!!

Nice job,was up around dead creek today and saw some snows, and doww on the lake ,well lets just saw it was a mad house down there! All around the plant in Tie,sounded like the 4th of July! All the ducks and geese I saw were about 1/2 a mile out on the open water! Sticking too my beaver ponds and rivers,y'all can have that mad house!!!

Still looking around the Jeffersonville area for places to hunt.

One small flock of geese but nothing else :-(

Any help would be appreciated.

You may already know this, but you can check out maps of all Vermont's WMAs online at:
http://www.vtfishandwildlife.com/wma_maps.cfm

You can also Google "vermont public land" for all public lands at the local, state, and federal level.
