had a horrible goose season. 37 last year and this year only 18. I only got out twice during the migratory season. but my duck season is making up for it 22 last year and so far 27. got to get those migratory ducks down soon!

yes it was. I normal never hunt over water early season because the fields are way easier to shoot a limit and the geese are in your face compared to landed outside of the decoys, but the geese were stacking up there so I tried it and it ended up working.

I just want to add another one here, while I was mentioning Saskatchewan in my above post. Our outfitter just sent me a picture of his personal whitetail from last fall, too bad non residents can't hunt there as it is in the southern zone. :sad:

Hey Chambo, Can you post a picture of your boat? Curious on the paint sceme, I do a lot by rocks and open water.
