South of the former bridge

Anybody hunt the area south og the old bridge?
It looks like the area out from McCluen Slange would be good, shallow, lots of growth under water. I saw TONS of divers and geese staging there in the spring but have never investigated it for hunting.

I have not hunted it but I agree, it does have the look of a good area to try.

Was at Larabees piont yesterday and did not see a single duck, also followed the lake down from bridge all the way to bensons Landing and saw a few ducks but not what I figured I would be seeing! No geese to speak of either, headed out there tomorrow to check some fields for goose hunting in the morning, hopefully I will find some!
