3 band day

Got a goose limit today......only had 2 small flocks come in but the second flock of 9 had 3 banded birds that fell under my gun.
my first goose bands....enjoyed a great morning of hunting in central Vt!!!

Awsome. Gotta Love the Jewelry. Where were they banded?
Tough to do any better than a triple and all banded. Kind of like a Royal Flush.

I shot one this weekend banded in Rhode Island in 2008.

thanks Guys............only 2 days left for early season......too warm and not much movement...........gotta love this weather for other reasons!! too bad there is such a long break till Oct 20th. c'mon duck season!! and c'mon cooler temps and wind!!

Had a hunt like that 4 years ago. Two man limit with 3 bands. Unfortunately have not yielded a band in the last 300 geese. Hopefully, you won't follow the same path. :wink:
