Record high water

If you haven't yet, get down to the lake and witness what (hopefully) is a once in a lifetime sight.
103+ feet above sea level.

You guys this this high water will impact the duck reproduction this year? I'm thinking flooded swamps and normal nesting areas were probably a challenge... with the amount of rain in April and May, I thinking there may have been many flooded out nests and lost eggs, etc.

Thoughts?

i just got back from usmc boot camp at parris island and didnt believe anybody about the water untill i drove down to shelburne bay and saw the houses flooded on the other side of the road. it rained 4 times in the 3 months i was down there. we got ducks in our yard now that are ussually down at the lake 2 miles down the road.
