Decission on Boundry Changes

Postby pete/pmr » Mon May 23, 2011 3:29 pm

Recieved this from Bill today!

Waterfowl Hunters,

This evening the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Board voted unanimously in favor of the Department’s proposed rule to change the Lake Champlain and Interior Zone Boundaries (attached). This was their second vote on the rule. Although the Board has one more vote to go, it is unlikely that they will make significant changes in the third vote.

Thank you to everyone who provided comments. They were appreciated.

Do you know when are we going to know for sure. Looks like it's going to be affecting my hunting season. Going to need some ajusting. Is there any adjustement from what I read in Febuary on the site or they still plan to run the bondary along route 78.

Thanks for the info.
